II Orders

Your order is confirmed and prepared only after the amount has been debited and

Prices given in euro are tax free prices .

Inclusive prices ( for France and EC countries ) including products prices, handling,
packaging,storage, transport, insurance and commissioning charges are specified in the ordering form.

Products are to be paid cash with order.

IV PRIVACY CLAUSES

In respect of French
law of 12 May 1980 , Le p'tit marché
de la Réunion owns the
products ordered until the client has settled the total payment of
them. In other case and for any other reason Le
p'tit marché de la Réunion will
use his right to require the immediate and total restitution of
products at the client expense and own risks.
